Foxted Limited, trading as FlightRepay

FlightRepay is a UK flight compensation claims service operated by Foxted Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. We pursue EC 261 and UK 261 claims on behalf of passengers on a no win, no fee basis, and we publish the rules we apply so that anyone can check our arithmetic or claim without us.

What is different about how we do it

Every compensation figure we publish is computed by the same rules engine that assesses a real claim, from a versioned dataset we publish in full. Every legal statement on our content pages cites the regulation, the statute or the judgment it comes from. There are 77 answer pages, 26 case pages and a 31 country limitation map built that way.

Our fee is 30 percent including VAT, stated on the landing page rather than in a footnote, and court costs are ours whether we win or lose. We also publish a free claim letter generator, which helps people claim without paying us anything.
