If we win, we keep 30% of the compensation. VAT, legal work, court fees, everything included. If nothing is recovered, there's nothing to pay.
WHERE A CLAIM GOES
Out of our 30% come the lawyers, the court fees, the correspondence, and every claim we lose. Out of your 70% comes nothing.
What if you lose?
If nothing is recovered you pay €0: no fee, no court costs, no admin charge. Losses are our cost of doing business, priced into the 30%.
What if it goes to court?
The fee stays 30%. No surcharge for legal action. Court costs are ours, win or lose.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. You have a statutory 14-day cancellation right after signing, and you can withdraw later too: email support@flightrepay.com with your claim reference. One honest caveat: if we had already sent the airline our demand and it then pays, our fee can still apply (Terms, clauses 12 and 13).
What the 30% buys you.
You can claim on your own, and the compensation amount is the same either way. The difference is who does the work, and who carries the cost if the airline digs in.
